Summary:

Nurph is looking for a Lead Developer to build a highly scaleable, real-time messaging system, to develop exciting new features on an ambitious roadmap, to maintain a clean codebase with all the best practices, and to join us in living the kind of startup dream which you might only expect to find in Silicon Valley.

You'll most likely be an expert with scaling, real-time messaging, Ruby, Rails, JavaScript, jQuery, TDD, MySQL, Unix, server administration, Twitter API, and have the ability to quickly pick up Node.js and Redis. Experience with and passion for high traffic / real-time consumer apps, Rails & JavaScript, and fast-past startup environments, will play a vital part in being the Lead Developer of Nurph. We're open to remote working opportunities, but an ideal candidate will probably be based in or around London.

If you're the sort of person who would have loved to have been at Twitter or Google in the early days, this could be the right opportunity for you.
